# The prompts you will actually use

Once the brain is loaded, these are the jobs worth running. Start a new chat
inside the project for each one. Do not run everything in one long thread, it
gets muddled.

Swap the square brackets for your own.

## Test it first

Run these three the moment you finish uploading. If the answers are vague, your
files are vague, and that is fixable.

```
In three sentences, tell me what this business does, who for, and what makes it
different. Use only what is in the project files.
```

```
What are the three biggest holes in the knowledge you have been given about this
business? Be blunt.
```

```
Write a two line reply to a customer asking "how much for [your most common
job]?" Match the tone of voice file exactly.
```

---

## Quoting and enquiries

```
Here is an enquiry that just came in: [paste it]. Draft my reply. Use our real
prices from the pricing file. Flag anything I need to check before I send it.
```

```
This customer has gone quiet after a quote for [job] at [price]. It has been
[number] days. Write a chase that does not sound desperate.
```

```
[Paste an awkward email]. Draft my reply. Straight, polite, no grovelling.
```

---

## Content

```
Write [number] social posts about [topic], aimed at [customer type from the
customer file]. Lead with what they get, not what we do. Our tone, our words.
```

```
Turn [paste a job you have just finished] into a case study. Only use facts I
have given you. Leave a placeholder where you need a number from me.
```

```
Give me [number] subject lines for an email about [topic]. Each one has to
promise something, not just describe the email.
```

---

## Sales and admin

```
Write the follow up sequence for someone who downloaded [thing] but has not
booked. Three emails, spread over [timeframe].
```

```
Here is my week: [list]. Tell me what to do first and what to drop. You know
what actually makes money here, it is in the company brain.
```

```
Read [paste a document] and tell me what is wrong with it before I send it to a
customer.
```

---

## Once a month

```
Read the company brain file. Ask me the ten questions that would fill the
biggest gaps in it. One at a time.
```

```
Based on everything in the project, what are we not doing that we obviously
should be? Three things, ranked, with the reason.
```

---

## Writing your own

Three things separate a prompt that works from one that does not.

**Say who it is for.** "Aimed at the busy salon owner" beats "aimed at
customers", because the customer file has a section on the busy salon owner.

**Say what you do not want.** "No bullet points, no headings, just prose" saves
more time than any amount of describing what you do want.

**Give it a real example.** Paste a good one and say "like this". It copies a
pattern far better than it follows a description.
