Coached By Perez
Ben Perez coaches lads who work on building sites, which was his own trade before it was his audience. He'd quit his job to coach full time, and his logo was still the quick fix from when it was a side hustle. We rebranded him around the people he coaches.

The challenge.
The old logo was red, black and white, the same as half the fitness industry, and made back when it was a side hustle.
His audience are blokes on site. A brand that looked like every other gym page would get scrolled straight past.
Most of his clients have never done any of this before, so everything they got from him had to assume nothing.
Our approach.
The colour came from his clients, not from us. His lads spend all day in hi-vis, so the brand went safety jacket orange. A bloke on site scrolling past sees his own jacket.
A mark built like workwear, not a gym sign. COACHED BY PEREZ in heavy, wide capitals, with an R cut to stand on its own that still reads at profile picture size.
Black is the room, orange is the point. Fifty five per cent black, twenty five white, twenty orange, straight out of his brand guidelines.
His page set up to look the part before anyone reads a word: new profile pictures, highlight covers and a pinned post across three tiles, his name across the top and his clients' results along the bottom.
Editable Canva templates for transformations and carousels, so he drops his own photos and words in and posts.
An eighteen page welcome pack written for lads on site: training round shifts, eating out of the van, and every gym word translated into plain English.
Rebrand showcase.
From a red side hustle logo to safety jacket orange, rolled out from the mark to his page, his pinned post and an eighteen page welcome pack.
What we built.
- Rebrand from a side hustle logo
- Safety jacket orange, from his clients
- Logo + standalone R icon
- Brand guidelines + colour ratios
- Profile pictures, highlights + pinned post
- Editable Canva templates
- 18 page welcome pack for lads on site
I knew you were good, but it's kind of better than what I expected. So happy with that mate.

More projects.
DC Carpentry & Construction
DC Carpentry & Construction are a family-run building company in Chorley, run by Natasha and Dale: extensions, structural work, kitchens and bespoke carpentry across Lancashire. Their old website had gone live before it was finished. We rebuilt it from scratch around Natasha's own words: 40 pages, their projects told stage by stage in their own photos, a page for each of the 20 towns they work in, and a quote form that finally goes somewhere.
Harcon Solutions
Harcon Solutions are a specialist consultancy for construction, engineering and the railway, trading since 2017 with over 50 years of combined experience between them. Their old WordPress site looked the part but made people work to get in touch. We rebuilt it from scratch on their own look: 24 pages, Railway Asset Protection first, an enquiry form on every service page, and every old link still landing in the right place.
SBS Building & Damp Proofing
Richard Wright runs a family damp proofing and building firm in Sheffield, with over 25 years in damp proofing and 9.98 out of 10 on Checkatrade from 150 reviews. The old website stopped scrolling halfway down the page, so most visitors never reached the phone number. We rebuilt it from scratch: fifteen pages, damp surveys first, their own photos and their customers' own words.
