A CRM built round you,not one you bend to fit.
Most CRMs are somebody else's idea of how you should work, rented monthly, with the half you need locked behind the tier above. A bespoke CRM does your job, in your language, and it is yours.
You already have a CRM. It is called a spreadsheet.
Nearly every business we build one for is already running the thing in some form: a spreadsheet, a shared inbox, a WhatsApp group and somebody's memory. It works right up until two people need it at once, or somebody leaves, or a job quietly falls down the gap between the three of them.
Off-the-shelf CRMs solve that and create a new problem. You pay per seat forever, the fields are nearly right, the reports are nearly right, and the one thing that would save you a day a week is on the enterprise plan. So people stop using it properly and the spreadsheet comes back.
A bespoke CRM is built round the way you already sell and deliver. Your stages, your rates, your paperwork, your reports. Everybody sees the same record, nothing is typed twice, and when the business changes the system changes with it rather than holding you still.

What we build intoa bespoke CRM.
Your pipeline, your stages
Enquiries through to won, named the way your team already names them, dragged across a board anybody can read at a glance.
Quoting off your own rates
Quotes built from your real rate card, sent as a proper document, and turned into a job the moment somebody says yes.
Invoicing and statements
Invoices, statements and pay runs generated and emailed as PDFs, so month end stops being a fortnight of typing.
Everything on one record
Calls, notes, files, photos and paperwork attached to the job, so nobody has to go looking in an inbox for the answer.
Reporting you would actually use
The numbers you run the business on, not a dashboard of vanity charts nobody opens twice.
Connected to what you already pay for
Accounts software, calendars, payments, email and messaging, so nothing is entered twice and nothing goes missing between systems.
Why bespoke beatsanother subscription.
It fits the job you do.
Nobody has to remember that the notes field is really the delivery instructions. The system says what your business says.
You own it.
No per-seat fee that grows every time you hire. On final payment the system, the code and the data are yours.
It changes when you do.
New service line, new process, new report. It gets built, rather than going on a feature request list somebody else prioritises.
Bespoke CRM questions.
Is a bespoke CRM not overkill for a small business?+
Often it is, and we will say so. If an off-the-shelf tool genuinely does the job, it is cheaper and somebody else maintains it. Bespoke earns its place when the way you sell or deliver is genuinely yours, or when what you are paying per seat has quietly overtaken the cost of owning something.
How long does a CRM build take?+
Usually weeks rather than months for a first working version, then it grows. We would rather get the core live and in your hands early than disappear for a quarter and hand over something nobody has tested.
Can it work on phones?+
Yes. Everything we build works in a browser on any device, and where people are genuinely out on the road we build the phone view first and install it like an app.
What about our existing data?+
It comes across. Spreadsheets, an old CRM, an Access database, exports from whatever you are on now. We map it, move it and check it before anybody relies on it.
What does a bespoke CRM cost?+
It is quoted per job, because the price is driven by what it has to do and who uses it. Book a call, tell us where your current setup falls over, and Alex will come back with a straight number.
