A booking systemthat fits your diary.
Your opening hours, your capacity, your notice periods, your deposits, your rules about who can book what. Built into your own site, so nobody is paying per booking to somebody else.
Off-the-shelf booking only fits simple businesses.
If you take one type of appointment, at one place, with one person, the usual tools are fine. The trouble starts the moment reality gets involved: two rooms, three staff, a clinic that runs on alternate Thursdays, a deposit on some services and not others, a two-hour gap for setup, a form that has to be signed before anybody turns up.
That is when businesses end up with a booking tool plus a spreadsheet plus a phone, and the double bookings start. A bespoke booking system takes your rules seriously: what is bookable, by whom, when, for how long, at what price, with what paperwork attached.
It lives on your own site, under your own brand, with no per-booking fee going out the door. And because it is yours, the confirmation emails, the reminders and the cancellation rules all sound like you rather than like software.

What we build intoa booking system.
Your real availability
Hours, capacity, breaks, holidays and notice periods, with your own calendar blocking itself out both ways so nobody books you while you are somewhere else.
Deposits and payment
Take a deposit, the full amount or a package up front, with the card held so a late cancellation follows your policy instead of your patience.
The paperwork attached
Forms, waivers and consent sent on booking and returned signed, flagged if something needs looking at before the appointment.
Reminders that cut no-shows
Email or text before the appointment, plus easy rescheduling, because the alternative is an empty slot nobody paid for.
Multi-staff and multi-site
Different people, rooms, services and locations, each with their own rules, in one diary you can actually read.
Yours, not rented
On your domain, in your branding, with no per-booking commission and the data sitting in your system.
Why bespoke bookingis worth it.
It obeys your rules.
The awkward bits, the ones every tool makes you work around, are exactly the bits we build in.
It protects the money.
Deposits, prepayment and clear cancellation terms mean the slot is paid for before somebody decides not to come.
It is part of your site.
No jarring handover to a third-party page with somebody else's logo on it, which is where a lot of bookings quietly die.
Booking systems questions.
Can it handle several staff and locations?+
Yes. Each person, room or site can have its own hours, services and rules, all in one diary. That is usually the reason people move off an off-the-shelf tool in the first place.
Does it sync with our calendars?+
Yes, both ways with Google and Outlook. Something in a personal calendar blocks the slot, and anything booked lands in the right calendar with the meeting or address on it.
Can we take payment at the point of booking?+
Yes, through Stripe or your existing provider. Deposits, full payment, packages and monthly plans are all normal.
What happens to our existing bookings?+
They come across. We have migrated live booking data before without double-selling a single slot, and we check it against the old system before switching over.
What does a booking system cost?+
It is quoted per job and driven by how complicated your rules are. Book a call, walk us through a typical week, and Alex will price it properly.
