Ryze HRT
Ryze HRT is a hormone and functional medicine clinic treating men and women across all 50 states. Every new patient fills in a medical form before the team can help, and theirs was 83 questions on one page with no save. We built a patient portal that breaks it into seven short steps, saves every answer and chases anyone who stalls by text and email, then rebuilt the website to match. Both went live the same night.

The challenge.
Every new patient starts on the website, then fills in a medical form before anyone at Ryze can help them. The old form was 83 questions on one page, 32 of them required, all asked at once.
There was no save. Close the tab halfway through and every answer was gone, and nobody at the clinic knew how far you had got.
Matt asked us for texts to chase the people who never finished. But texting someone back to 83 questions with no save only gets you a faster version of the same problem.
The website was a bought theme with Elementor and a stack of plugins on top. The server took 1.45 seconds just to answer, a couple high-fiving on a beach sat where the clinic should have been, and the menus carried spelling slips.
Our approach.
We fixed the form before we built the chasing. The medical questions moved into a patient portal: make an account, then seven short steps that save as you go, with lab results uploaded right inside the form. Start on your lunch break, finish that evening on your phone, and you land exactly where you left off.
One board shows the team where every patient is: not started, on the form, submitted, reached out and gone quiet. Each card shows the next text or email due, and the counts across the top say who needs reaching out to and who has gone quiet.
Stall on the form and a text and an email go out at 4, 24 and 48 hours, then a week, only between 9am and 7pm clinic time. The second the form is in, they stop. Reply STOP and the texts stop too.
Texts back land in the portal under the patient they came from, where the whole team can see them and reply. One that needs a person is held at the top until someone deals with it.
Finished patients go straight into the Reminder App the clinic already runs on, synced both ways. As a card moves along there, the portal switches to the follow ups for that stage, from an unpaid invoice to bloods not done to a consult not booked, and drops the old ones.
Then the website, rebuilt to match the portal. One look from the first page to the last step of the form, and Start now takes you straight into making your account.
Every service page, from Male HRT to GI-MAP testing, rebuilt in the same design with its own way into the portal, and the spelling slips in the old menus fixed on the way.
Built as a custom WordPress plugin with a locked editor, in place of the bought theme and its plugins. The server now answers in 0.67 seconds instead of 1.45, every page is kept warm so nobody gets a slow first load, and Google's mobile speed test scores the homepage 99.
Moved over without losing anything. Every page kept its address, title and description, Search Console was verified on launch day with the sitemap in, Google is told it is a US medical organisation, and an llms.txt file lets AI search read it too.
Every word, photo, email and text is theirs to change. The site edits in a locked editor that can't break the design, and the portal's emails and texts edit with a live preview and a test send.

Where it started.
The old site on a phone, and the old medical form from top to bottom: 83 questions on one page, 32 of them required, with no save.
One look,every page.
Every service page rebuilt in the portal's design, each with its own way in: Male HRT, Female HRT, GI-MAP testing, functional medicine and the questions people ask first.

The portaldoes the chasing.
Shown with made-up patients. A step of the medical form, the board the team works from, a reply waiting for a person, the Reminder App row, a patient's record and the emails they change themselves.

More projects.
Strength In Us
Strength In Us is Sarah Catterson's coaching business in Greystones, Ireland: the StrengthInUs app, and a coaching challenge that has sold out all 40 times it has run. The business had outgrown its website. We rebuilt it around the app, put her members' results straight under the first screen and told the whole offer in Sarah's own words. Ten days from the first concept to live.
DC Carpentry & Construction
DC Carpentry & Construction are a family-run building company in Chorley, run by Natasha and Dale: extensions, structural work, kitchens and bespoke carpentry across Lancashire. Their old website had gone live before it was finished. We rebuilt it from scratch around Natasha's own words: 40 pages, their projects told stage by stage in their own photos, a page for each of the 20 towns they work in, and a quote form that finally goes somewhere.
Harcon Solutions
Harcon Solutions are a specialist consultancy for construction, engineering and the railway, trading since 2017 with over 50 years of combined experience between them. Their old WordPress site looked the part but made people work to get in touch. We rebuilt it from scratch on their own look: 24 pages, Railway Asset Protection first, an enquiry form on every service page, and every old link still landing in the right place.
