Client portals · UK

Give your clientstheir own door in.

A client portal is the difference between answering where are we up to twelve times a week and a customer logging in and seeing for themselves. Built round your business, branded as yours.

Most of your inbox is people asking the same thing.

Where is my order. Can you resend that invoice. What did we agree. Which date am I booked in. None of it is difficult, all of it takes a person, and it lands on the one member of staff who is already the busiest.

A portal turns those questions into a page. Your client signs in and sees their own jobs, bookings, documents, results or progress, live, without waiting for somebody to come back to them. It also makes you look considerably more organised than whoever they were with before.

We have built them for a private clinic where patients see their own results, for a courier firm where customers re-book a job in one click, and for a course business where gyms watch their own trainers work through the programme. Same idea, three very different businesses.

What a client portalcan take off your plate.

Their own live view

Jobs, bookings, orders or progress, updated as you update them, so nobody has to ask for a status.

Documents in one place

Invoices, reports, certificates and paperwork, always downloadable, never dug out of an email thread.

Self-serve actions

Re-book, approve, upload, pay or sign, so the easy jobs stop needing one of your people.

Branded as you

Your logo, your colours, your domain. It looks like part of your business, because it is.

Proper access control

People see their own records and nobody else's, with logins you control and can switch off the day somebody leaves.

Notifications that land

Email or push when something changes, so the portal pulls people back rather than sitting there waiting.

Why clients ask usfor a portal.

01

It kills the chasing.

The same questions stop arriving, because the answer is already on their screen whenever they want it.

02

It makes you look bigger.

A branded login says organised and established. Plenty of firms win work on that alone against a competitor with a shared inbox.

03

It is built on your data.

The portal reads the same records your team works from, so there is no second system to keep in step.

Client portals questions.

Can a portal sit on top of what we already use?+

Often yes. If your data already lives in a system with a sensible way in, the portal can read from it. Where it cannot, we build the record properly first, because a portal reading from a mess just shows the mess to your customers.

Is it secure?+

Each person only ever sees their own records, and we prove that by testing it as the wrong person rather than trusting the menu to hide things. Logins are yours to issue and revoke, and anything sensitive is handled accordingly.

Will our clients actually use it?+

They use it when it saves them a phone call. Make the thing they always ask for the first thing on the screen, send them an email the moment something changes, and it gets used. Bury it and it will not.

Can they pay or book through it?+

Yes. Payments, bookings, uploads, approvals and e-signatures are all normal parts of these builds.

What does a client portal cost?+

It depends what it has to show and what people can do in it. Systems are quoted per job. Book a call, describe the questions you keep answering, and we will price it properly.

Sick of answering the same question?

Book a free 20-minute call. Tell us what your clients keep asking for and we will tell you what a portal would take.
