Skulpt Online Coaching
Shane Parsons coaches triathletes online at Skulpt Online Coaching, with Coach Steve, and we had already built his app. What he didn't have was a website: “I haven't got a landing page or website or nothing.” We built one that sells one thing, getting in shape through triathlon, with a page for each search his athletes make and an application that lands with Shane. Three days from his message to live, and his first application came in the same day.

The challenge.
The coaching was already working: athletes 14 kg down, 50 lb down, finishing Ironman Wales. But there was no page to send anyone to and nothing for Google to find, so anyone finding Skulpt on Instagram had nowhere to land.
The first concept offered physique coaching as well. Shane cut it: “I don't want to give them an option to choose physique coaching or triathlon coaching.” So every page had to sell one thing.
His own domain, the one on his email, sent visitors to a security warning and then to somebody else's website.
Two coaches, one Instagram audience. Every enquiry needed to arrive knowing which coach it was for.
Our approach.
The first screen says it in five words: Get in shape. Through triathlon. Then it names the problem before it sells anything: training hard and not getting leaner, because most plans stop at the session and leave the food to you.
Swim, bike, run, strength and nutrition get a card each as you scroll, and the food sits right alongside the training, written by the same coach. Low, medium and high days are set by the training on them.
The app we built him works on the page. Scroll and the phone steps through Today, your numbers, the week and the season, the food, race day and check-ins, each on the app's own screen.
Real athletes, with their numbers. Drag the slider on Ron from 248 lb to 198 lb, then Ironman Wales and The Brutal in 19:59:20, 3rd in his age group. Every other result carries its kilos and its races.
Two coaches who've done it themselves: Shane, Ironman finisher and physique competitor, and Steve, Ironman World Championship athlete, coaching triathlon for 10 years.
One form, two minutes: next race, watch, training week. Every application goes straight to Shane's inbox and onto his own Leads screen, with where it came from.
/shane and /steve are Instagram link pages: each coach's photo, his links and his own application, so every enquiry from a bio link arrives knowing which coach it's for.
Five coaching pages, one for each search: Ironman coaching, 70.3 coaching, beginner triathlon coaching, triathlon nutrition coaching and a triathlon training plan. Each one answers its search and ends with a way to apply.
Domain, hosting and Google were ours to sort. The domain now points at the new site with Shane's Google email untouched, Analytics and Search Console were live on launch day, and 13 searches are tracked every week.
Built as a custom WordPress plugin with a locked editor, no page builder, so every word and photo can change without touching the design.

One pageper search.
Ironman coaching, 70.3 coaching, beginner triathlon coaching, triathlon nutrition coaching and a training plan, each ending with a way to apply, and Coach Shane's Instagram link page.

Swim, bike, run, apply.
The problem it names first, the nutrition card, the app on race day, Ron's before and after slider, the results with their numbers, and the two-minute application.

More projects.
Strength In Us
Strength In Us is Sarah Catterson's coaching business in Greystones, Ireland: the StrengthInUs app, and a coaching challenge that has sold out all 40 times it has run. The business had outgrown its website. We rebuilt it around the app, put her members' results straight under the first screen and told the whole offer in Sarah's own words. Ten days from the first concept to live.
Ryze HRT
Ryze HRT is a hormone and functional medicine clinic treating men and women across all 50 states. Every new patient fills in a medical form before the team can help, and theirs was 83 questions on one page with no save. We built a patient portal that breaks it into seven short steps, saves every answer and chases anyone who stalls by text and email, then rebuilt the website to match. Both went live the same night.
DC Carpentry & Construction
DC Carpentry & Construction are a family-run building company in Chorley, run by Natasha and Dale: extensions, structural work, kitchens and bespoke carpentry across Lancashire. Their old website had gone live before it was finished. We rebuilt it from scratch around Natasha's own words: 40 pages, their projects told stage by stage in their own photos, a page for each of the 20 towns they work in, and a quote form that finally goes somewhere.
