Calibre is a coaching team, not a one-man band, and the brand needed to look like it. We rebranded them, built the website to carry it, then put a proper content system and a client database underneath so the team can launch a new page or chase a new enquiry without waiting on us.

Thechallenge.
A team of coaches selling one standard. The old presence made them look like several separate people, so the standard never came across.
Every new coach, offer or campaign meant another page. Paying an agency each time is slow and expensive, and slow kills a launch.
Enquiries were arriving in scattered places. Anything that sits unanswered for a day is usually gone.
Ourapproach.
Custom rebrand first, then a fully bespoke website built around it. No template, no theme, so the crimson design stays exact and they own the lot outright.
A visual page builder where the team edits the real page, not a form. They click a headline and type on it, drag sections around, and build a whole new lead generation page from a styled starting point. The colours and type stay locked to the brand, so it cannot drift off-brand by accident.
A CRM built into the same system. Every enquiry is stored first, then pushed onward, so a lead is never lost if an outside tool is down. Google Analytics is reported inside the admin in plain English, alongside coach call pages with live booking calendars.
AI accelerated the build, which is why a custom platform came in at a fraction of the usual development cost. The design is ours, the craft is ours, and the saving went to the client.
