Most new gyms open with an Instagram page and a booking link. SP26 opened with this: a custom designed and built website shaped around how the gym actually sells, with their own booking platform built directly into it.

Thechallenge.
Launching new is the hardest position to sell from, because nobody knows you yet. The website does the introducing, and if it looks thrown together, so do you.
The gym sells in five different ways: private hire, PT sessions, shoots, seminars and day passes. A template wouldn't carry that.
A proper booking platform is the part most new businesses get priced out of. Renting an off-brand booking app forever wasn't the answer.

Custom booking software normally means serious development money. We built theirs with Claude Code as their own WordPress plugin, in a fraction of the usual development time, and that saving went straight to the client. They own it outright, no monthly fees, built exactly how they work. The design is ours, the craft is ours. AI comes in where it cuts the cost of custom work, not the quality of it.
