The EvoWay
A youth football and rugby development group that started in Sheffield in 2011 and now runs 15 institutions across five countries. Twelve programmes, each with its own brand, from a two year old's first touch to the edge of the professional game. We designed the site from the ground up, rebuilt it in WordPress, and gave the team a way to edit every page by clicking on it.

Thechallenge.
Twelve programmes, each with its own logo and its own audience. A parent had to land, understand it and find the right one without picking up the phone.
It had to feel like a youth sport brand: light, friendly and led by real photos of their sessions, not a corporate academy brochure.
The team wanted to change the words, the photos and the programmes themselves, without a page builder they could break the design with.
Every button needed somewhere real to go, a free trial request and a general enquiry, and there was no form plugin on the site.
Ourapproach.
Designed from their own material: the purple and gold from the badge, photography from their sessions, their eleven value wordmarks and the winding road that runs through the brand.
Rebuilt in WordPress with a custom plugin that carries the whole design. Every page holds one shortcode, so nothing depends on a page builder's styling.
A click-to-edit editor. The team opens a page, clicks the words or the photo they want to change, and saves. Highlight a word in a heading and it turns gold. They can change everything without being able to break the brand.
Programmes live in one central list. Add or change one and the homepage, the menu, the footer and its own page all update together.
Free trial and enquiry forms built into the plugin, with every submission stored in WordPress and emailed to the team.
Every page written for Google and AI search, with its own title, description and questions answered on the page.

Every programme,its own front door.
Twelve programmes share one template, so a new one gets a page that matches the rest the moment it's added.

One family,one site.
The homepage tells the whole story: the programmes, the method, the values and the five countries it all runs in.
